The Community Building

The Community Building at Arbor Domus is currently under construction and will soon serve as the central gathering place for our luxury treehouse resort in North Carolina’s High Country. Thoughtfully designed to blend form, function, and natural beauty, this multi-purpose space will house guest reception, on-site maintenance, and the residence of our dedicated caretakers — ensuring every stay is smooth, welcoming, and connected to the land.

While not yet open to guests, the Community Building will play a key role in the Arbor Domus experience, offering a warm first impression before visitors head off to their private treehouse rental in the Smoky Mountains.
